Speaking Fearlessly™ Group Coaching Sessions bring the power of embodied communication, truth-telling, and community healing into one shared space. This is where we unlearn silence together and relearn how to speak from the body, the breath, and the truth we’ve carried for years.

Over three 90-minute sessions, your group will move through Erica D. Bradshaw’s trauma-aware, acting-informed communication method—designed to unlock presence, confidence, and voice. Whether you’re a small circle, a team, a community group, or a leadership cohort, this training grounds you in the courage to speak and the capacity to listen.

This is not performative public speaking work. This is liberation work. This is nervous system work. This is how we rise, together.

One on One Coaching:

What’s Included:
• Three 90-minute live group coaching sessions

Group Size Options:
• Small Group: up to 4 participants
• Medium Group: 5–10 participants
• Large Group: 11–20 participants
• Organizational & Corporate Groups available by request

Scheduling:
Once purchased, you’ll receive a scheduling link to choose dates. All sessions must be completed within 90 days.

Location:
• In-Person groups meet in Union, NJ or an approved location
• Online groups meet via Zoom

Refunds & Rescheduling:
Sessions are non-refundable. Groups may reschedule with 72 hours’ notice.
